The Rotary Viewpoint at Cap Sante celebrates the centennial anniversary of service by the Anacortes Rotary with a new viewing platform connected to an existing parking area and trail network in Cap Sante Park, Anacortes. The project creates an accessible and inviting two-level viewing platform which enhances pedestrian safety and panoramic views to the North Cascade mountains. The design integrates native plants, interpretive signage, ADA van parking access, and two-level amphitheater seating. Many details in the park are supportive features to aid people of all abilities to move through the space safely.
