Corvidae Co-op Housing

This project conceived of and delivered by Allied8 Architects is an example of affordable homeownership that works. This project created 10 residences on a single family lot. A variety of units are available and all include built-in community and shared-equity. Close to transit and in the heart of Seattle, this project makes use of already disturbed land and minimal expensive accommodations for cars. PLA created landscape plans for both the adjacent extended ROW within a steep slope area and on-site planting that met Green Factor requirements and used right-sized plants to minimize maintenance over time.
