This new apartment building in Seattle created 57 new places to live where there had been previously a one-story office. While all the change in Seattle has been sometimes difficult to see, the city is growing and more housing is needed. The location in the Roosevelt neighborhood is a block from the new light rail station and surrounded by groceries, restraurants, and a quick connection to Greenlake. The project featured a large communal roof deck with extensive sedum green roof and solar panels in addition to other small terraces and ground floor landscaping. This project met Green Factor standards and features all drought tolerant plants.Sorry, there are no images available for this project at this time.
